Job summary

Hager is seeking a Learning Experience Designer - Leadership (M/F/D) to report to the Group Learning & Development Director. The role is permanent and based with the Group HR function, in Paris or Poland, but this Italy posting reflects Bologna region budgeting.

You will craft leadership learning journeys, digital modules, and experiential formats for a global audience. Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years in LxD, strong instructional design knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, Digital Learning, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, digital learning development, or related roles.
• Experience with leadership development programs across multiple leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership and business needs into engaging learning experiences with the Talent Management team.
• Design end-to-end leadership programs (blended, digital, social, experiential) for a global audience.
• Apply adult learning principles and ensure learning outcomes align with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective learning solutions and adoption strategies.
• Stay up to date with learning design and leadership development trends.
