Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Turin, Italy seeks a distinguished Senior Teamcenter PLM Consultant to lead AMS operations for a key client. You will oversee stability, performance, and continuous improvement of a critical Teamcenter environment, guiding technical and functional solutions and acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

This senior, customer-facing role requires strategic leadership, ITIL discipline, and a passion for service

Competenze

10+ years of extensive PLM experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
Proven ability to manage incidents, triage issues and deliver robust solutions.
Strong ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools.

Mansioni

Lead AMS Operations: spearhead end-to-end PLM/Teamcenter support within SLA and priorities.
Drive Incident & Problem Management: manage priority incidents, escalations, and RCA.
Provide Technical & Functional Leadership: guide team on Teamcenter functional areas and best practices.
Manage Stakeholder Communication: lead daily calls and status updates with stakeholders and vendors.
Champion Continuous Improvement: analyze trends, drive automation, and maintain SOPs and reports.
