Antal International Network is seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead global IT infrastructure and services, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. You will manage cross‑regional teams and strategic technology partners to drive continuous service improvement.

This senior role shapes enterprise IT strategy, aligns operations with business goals, and oversees governance to deliver resilient performance.

Competenze

Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery.
Experience managing technical teams and external providers.
Strong background in enterprise IT and governance.
Experience with ITIL-based service management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure globally and mentor teams.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services.
Manage hybrid on‑premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments.
Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity, and cybersecurity operations.
