Antal International is seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve its global IT infrastructure and operational services. You will ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance while guiding internal teams and strategic technology partners in a high‑visibility role.

The role blends technology leadership with service management and strategic infrastructure planning in a global setting, with responsibilities spanning on‑premise, private cloud and public cloud

Competenze

• Experience leading IT Operations, Infrastructure or Service Delivery at senior level.
• Proven track record managing technical teams and external providers.
• Strong governance, risk, and security mindset in enterprise IT.

• Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure on a global scale.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT services.
• Manage hybrid on‑premise/private/public cloud environments.
• Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint, identity, and cybersecurity operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage external vendors and SLAs.
• Establish IT operational processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service).
• Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT with strategy.
