Antal International is seeking a Head of IT Operations to lead and continuously improve the global IT infrastructure and operational services. You will report to the Global Head of IT and ensure reliability, security, scalability, and performance while guiding internal teams and strategic technology partners.

You will manage hybrid environments, oversee cybersecurity, incident/change management, and vendor relationships, shaping IT strategy in a global context.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading IT operations, infrastructure management, or service delivery.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Mansioni

• Lead the IT Operations and Infrastructure function on a global scale.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across on-premise, private cloud and public cloud.
• Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity services and cybersecurity operations.
• Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.
• Manage external vendors and service providers against SLAs.
• Establish and maintain IT operational processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service).
