The Adecco Group is seeking a Global Head of Data Platform Solutions to lead end-to-end delivery of Data Platform, Data Ingestion and Data Engineering solutions. This leader will drive the technical and strategic roadmap, and deploy resources in an agile at scale way for business service delivery that requires data platform solutions.

Competenze
- 15+ years in IT and digital delivery roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical programs in complex distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of modern data and AI platforms and solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing global delivery teams and offshore development models.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management, including contract governance.

- Develop and execute a global delivery strategy at scale of data platform solutions.
- Lead delivery across multiple, complex, distributed technology environments.
- Oversee planning, integration, and large-scale deployment of automation for data ingestion and data engineering.
