G.D, based in Bologna, Italy, is seeking an Import-Export Specialist to manage domestic and international shipments and related documentation. The role requires at least five years in import/export, strong SAP experience, and knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.

You will collaborate with Logistics, Packaging, Sales and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and compliant processes. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.

Competenze

At least 5 years of experience in Import/Export activities.
Experience with international freight forwarders or structured logistics providers.
Strong knowledge of all shipping modes: express, road, sea and air.
Excellent English skills; additional languages a plus.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
Experience in the machinery, plant engineering, or capital equipment sectors.

Mansioni

Organize and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
Manage import/export and customs documentation.
Prepare export invoices and customs documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Monitor shipments until final delivery.
Collaborate with Packaging to define shipping methods and packaging specs.
Work with Sales to ensure contractual delivery deadlines.
Collaborate with Finance on administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operations.
Use SAP for shipment management, documentation and invoicing.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company procedures.
