The Level Group in Milan seeks a Logistics Specialist to manage international import/export operations. You will focus on B2B flows, customs compliance, and CITES documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, brokers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in import/export or international logistics and experience in fashion, luxury, or retail. Fluency in Italian and English is essential for our fast-paced international environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in import/export or international logistics.
• Fashion, luxury, retail or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures.

Mansioni

• Handle end-to-end import/export processes and related documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with customs rules, origin, value, duties, and preferential treatments.
• Manage CITES documentation and other regulated exports/imports.
• Verify product compliance and coordinate with internal teams before shipment.
