Job summary

Saipem is seeking an experienced Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environment, and social activities across project lifecycles. You will ensure compliance with HSE management systems, standards, and regulations while coordinating with Clients and Authorities.

The role requires 8–10 years in HSE management within EPC/construction or energy sectors, fluent English and French, and willingness to travel abroad. A hybrid home-office setup is offered with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related disciplines.
• 8–10 years of experience in HSE management within EPC, construction, energy, infrastructure, offshore or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project HSE objectives, plans, procedures and management system documentation in line with company standards and regulations.
• Lead the review of HSE contractual obligations, project documentation, risk assessments and compliance requirements across all project phases.
• Coordinate and monitor HSE activities across engineering, construction and project functions to align with objectives and performance targets.
• Support the Project Director/Project Manager in managing relationships with Clients, Authorities and stakeholders on HSE matters and risk management.
• Oversee HSE reviews, audits, HAZOP studies and continuous improvement initiatives to promote a strong HSE culture and preventive actions.
