Job summary

Prysmian is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the JLI department, with personnel across installation sites globally, mainly in Europe and Milan-based operations. The role requires coordinating onboarding, development, performance, and mobility while partnering with regional teams.

The position offers permanent full-time employment, a strong DEI focus, and travel up to 50% across national and international locations to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Proven HR Generalist or junior HRBP experience in international settings.
• Excellent written and spoken English; global/environmental sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business on day-to-day HR activities aligning priorities and people strategies.
• Support managers across onboarding, development, performance, mobility, retention.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare analyses for decision-making.
• Contribute to workforce planning, org design, org development initiatives.
• Participate in international HR projects and deploy global HR processes.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and change activities.
• Collaborate with local HR teams across regions for consistency.
• Support planning, recruiting, and talent management with Centers of Expertise.
