Job summary

You’ll assist in defining new processes, ensure data quality, and help integrate new technologies to enhance HR services. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.
• Collaborate on new process definitions from requirements to testing and feedback.
• Support data quality management and integration of new technologies for HR services.
• Help disseminate best practices and act as a change agent for HR digital transformation.
