Amplifon, a leading Italian multinational and global leader in hearing care, invites you to join the Global Retail Excellence Medical team in Milan on a six-month curricular internship starting October 2026. You’ll support cross‑functional collaboration, design global processes, and define KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
We offer a 6‑month internship with a 1000€ monthly gross stipend, full-time hours 9am–6pm, and a hybrid/remote-friendly setup (6 days/month remote).
Competenze
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail.
- Interest in healthcare sector and how commercial strategies drive growth.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Clear and open communication and relational skills.
Mansioni
- Support project management and team coordination across global teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing global processes and tools.
- Help define KPIs and reporting structures to extract insights.
- Analyze commercial performance to identify trends.
- Curate a global repository of strategic content.
