Job summary

Amplifon in Milan, Italy, invites applications for a Global HR Transformation Curricular Internship. You will support HR digital transformation initiatives, analyze data, and train end users in a fast-paced international environment.

You’ll assist in defining new processes, ensure data quality, and help integrate new technologies to enhance HR services. Fluency in English is required; Italian is a plus.

Global HR Transformation Curricular Internship

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person with a passion for technology and an interest in the HR field to support our Global Center of Excellence Organization and Change Effectiveness team in digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of

• Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.
• Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
• Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR's digital transformation.

You are the right person if you:

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management engineering, or similar fields
• Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.
• Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.
• Speak English fluently; fluency in Italian is a nice to have.

• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!).
