Job summary

Amplifon in Milan is offering a Global Direct Procurement internship for 6 months starting December 2026. You will join the Global Direct Procurement team to support supplier and contract management, reporting and spend analysis, and help develop savings opportunities with a truly strategic perspective.

We are looking for candidates with an Economics/Management background who are fluent in English and Italian, proactive, organized, and analytical.

Qualifications

• Background in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proactive, organized and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to set priorities.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier management and contract management activities.
• Assist in reporting activities and spend analysis.
• Identify and develop savings opportunities and ensure implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the global network.
• Support various projects within the Global Direct Procurement team.

Global Direct Procurement Internship | Curricular Internship | 6 months | Start date: December 2026 | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, we are looking for a young talented person to join our Global Direct Procurement team supporting on different initiatives and special projects, with a truly strategic perspective.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting and assisting in Supplier Management and Contract Management activities;
• Cooperating in redacting Reporting Activities & Spend Analysis;
• Assisting in generating and developing savings opportunities and ensure that the savings strategies are implemented;
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the global network;
• Playing an active role in the Global Direct Procurement Team and supports pro-actively different projects.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a background in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, or similar;
• Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams;
• Are proactive and able to handle complexity, with a natural inclination to be organized and responsive to internal and external customer requests in a timely manner;
• Have energy, flexibility, positivity, and eagerness to learn and be challenged;
• Possess strong analytical acumen and ability to set priorities and manage a variety of tasks;
• Possess good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
