Qualifications

• Six months work experience in a human resources office across two competencies.
• Eighteen months work experience in a human resources office across two competencies (NF-04).
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS.
• Ability to work with HR information systems and interpret HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of HR services for managers and employees; advises management and employees on complex personnel issues.
• Performs technical and specialized work in staffing, pay administration, training, incentives, benefits, portability of benefits, and labor relations.
• Applies regulatory compliance knowledge to address routine and complex issues related to NAF employment.
• Monitors, directs, trains and oversees a team of lower graded HR staff as required.
• Interprets host-nation SOFA provisions and determines eligibility and application.
• Processes overseas allowances in accordance with DSSR in all Army NAF Europe locations.
