US US Army Civilian Human Resources Agency in Europe seeks qualified applicants for NF-03/NF-04 HR positions. Resumes must be two pages or less and demonstrate experience in staffing, recruitment, classification or training.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS is required. Candidates with 12 months in a NAF HR Office and training in Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management are highly preferred.

Competenze

• Six (6) months of work experience in a human resources office demonstrating knowledge of at least two HR competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations or Training.
• Eighteen (18) months or more of work experience in a human resources office demonstrating knowledge of at least two HR competencies: Staffing, Recruitment, Position Classification, Management Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Training.
• Experience analyzing, evaluating and recommending resolutions to complex HR problems and issues.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working with HR information systems.
• The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower pay band (NF-03).
• Highly Preferred: twelve (12) months of prior work experience in a NAF HR Office and completion of Training in Basic Staffing, Customer Service, Organizational Structure, Basic Writing, and Time Management.
• Experience/knowledge interpreting host-nation SOFA provisions and determining eligibility, application and processing overseas allowances in all other serviced Army NAF Europe locations.
