Job summary
Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Program Delivery lead (Managed Services) to steer large-scale engagements across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications. This role oversees end-to-end delivery, strategic customer engagement, governance, and transformation roadmaps to achieve outcomes with automation and AI-enabled operations.
The successful candidate will manage geographically distributed delivery teams, handle multi-million-dollar contracts, and drive business value through engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 15–20 years in enterprise IT, managed services, or enterprise app delivery.
- Minimum 8 years leading global delivery or large portfolios.
- Proven experience managing enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Experience leading global teams across regions/time zones.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery leadership for large-scale Managed Services engagements.
- Oversee program and portfolio management across multiple domains.
- Engage customers and executives; ensure governance and financial performance.
- Drive digital transformation, automation, and innovation.
- Lead governance, risk, and compliance; develop leadership and people.
- Pre-sales solutioning to win new opportunities.
