Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a seasoned Program Delivery leader to steer end-to-end Managed Services across Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications. You will manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, drive automation, and engage executive stakeholders to deliver resilient, scalable operations worldwide.

The role requires deep technical fluency, strong operational leadership, and financial acumen to continuously improve service maturity while leading geographically distributed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 15–20 years in enterprise IT, Managed Services, or cloud delivery.
• Minimum 8 years leading global delivery or large portfolios.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar enterprise contracts.
• Proven track record leading global teams across regions/time zones.

Job Description

Program Delivery (Managed Services) to lead the delivery and transformation of large-scale Managed Services engagements across Infrastructure, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Digital Workplace, Service Management, Security, and Platform Operations. This leadership role is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, strategic customer engagement, operational governance, transformation roadmap execution, financial performance, and continuous service improvement. This role will lead geographically distributed delivery organizations, manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, and drive business outcomes through automation, AI-enabled operations, engineering excellence, and operational maturity. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise, operational leadership, commercial acumen, and executive stakeholder management to deliver resilient, scalable, and outcome-based managed services.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 15–20 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Minimum 8 years leading global delivery organizations or large Managed Services portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise customers with multi-million-dollar annual contracts.
• Proven track record of leading global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
