Generali Asset Management (GenAM) seeks an HR Business Partner Intern to join its Human Resources team in an international, fast‑paced environment. The role offers hands‑on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities while supporting HR initiatives and administration.

You will work closely with senior HR members, gain exposure to different HR areas, and contribute to a structured yet dynamic organization. The internship includes a monthly allowance of €800.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in Human Resources and good communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment and Selection: support CV screening, job postings, interview scheduling and candidate management.
• Onboarding: help with onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth experience from day one.
• HR Business Partnering: assist day-to-day activities across employee lifecycle and HR initiatives.
• Training & Development: assist in organizing training, course scheduling and follow-up.
• Employee Support: provide first-level support for employee queries.
• HR Administration: support contracts, amendments, data maintenance and reporting in compliance with regulations.
