Vodafone is offering a meaningful internship in the HR team supporting Network Strategy & Engineering, an international function with roughly 3,500 employees across more than 10 countries.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, focusing on HR process support and people analytics, including data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward.

Competenze

• University degree completed or in progress in Economics, Humanities, Statistics or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with additional tools is a plus.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support key HR processes (performance & talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning and budget, Annual Salary Review).
• Support people analytics activities (data collection, analysis and consolidation related to workforce, performance, talent and reward).
• Prepare presentations and supporting materials for HR and business meetings.
• Contribute to HR coordination within an international and matrix organisation.
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams (Centres of Expertise, HR Operations, HRBPs).
• Support ad‑hoc analytical tasks and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes.
