PeopleCert is seeking a strategic Head of Lean Six Sigma to lead the global commercial growth of its Lean Six Sigma portfolio. You will define the commercial roadmap, forge partnerships with corporates and training providers, and drive adoption across international markets.

The role requires deep Lean Six Sigma knowledge, 12–15 years in related fields, and strong leadership with cross-cultural collaboration. MBA and Black Belt/master level credentials are preferred.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 12–15 years in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships in consulting, professional education, or certification sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies and certifications.
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt is a strong asset.
• Record of driving revenue growth and international market expansion.
• Expertise in channel development, partnership strategy, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with senior executives across cultures.
• English proficiency (C2 desirable); IT literacy and related certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define and oversee the global commercial strategy for PeopleCert's Lean Six Sigma product line.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, training organizations, consulting firms, and associations to expand market presence.
• Drive revenue growth via target-driven sales and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to align go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent PeopleCert at Lean Six Sigma and related industry events to promote thought leadership.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Lean Six Sigma certifications across industries and international markets.
• Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on performance and growth.
• Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve goals; align work with company values.
