Job summary

Datwyler Group is seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement to shape and drive its global CI strategy. You will lead structured problem-solving, lean initiatives, and AI-enabled capabilities, partnering with leaders worldwide to deliver measurable business value.

The role emphasizes governance, standardization of methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), and development of CI capabilities across sites, regions, and functions. Travel to international sites is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior CI/Operational Excellence roles within multinational industrial settings.
• Proven track record leading large-scale multi-site deployments.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global CI strategy aligned with Operational Excellence vision.
• Standardize CI methodologies and tools across the organization.
• Lead governance, performance management and maturity assessments.
• Partner with senior leaders to support transformation initiatives and value realization.
• Provide leadership and coaching for CI programs across sites.
• Build global CI governance, roles, and operating mechanisms.
