Datwyler is seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement to shape and drive its global CI strategy. In this leadership role, you will build a culture of operational excellence and structured problem-solving across our worldwide organization, collaborating with business leaders and site teams.

You will standardize methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and AI-enabled capabilities, establish governance, and deliver measurable business value through improved productivity, quality, and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading CI/Operational Excellence in multinational industrial environments.
• Proven track record deploying CI across multi-site international organizations.
• Measurable impact on productivity, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and structured problem solving in manufacturing.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Datwyler's global CI strategy aligned with the Operational Excellence vision.
• Standardize and continuously improve CI methodologies, frameworks, and tools, including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, structured problem solving, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead the evolution of CI into an integrated global system with governance, performance management, and maturity assessment.
• Partner with senior leaders to support major transformation initiatives and ensure measurable business value.
• Build global CI capabilities through training, coaching, mentoring, and certification programs.
