Job summary

Tether.io is seeking a highly driven Head of Financial Infrastructure Expansion to develop strategic solutions for banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally. The role acts as a bridge between external partners and Tether's product teams, leveraging stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and other offerings.

You will identify opportunities, structure complex projects, coordinate internal stakeholders, close strategic partnerships, and build a team to scale

Qualifications

• 7+ years in banking, payments, fintech or technology BD.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large partnerships.
• Strong relationships with banking executives and senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience building and leading global teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos, and large enterprises globally.
• Structure, negotiate, and close high-value strategic partnerships and deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design multi-product financial infrastructure solutions.
• Build and manage a global pipeline of opportunities; define KPIs and playbooks.
