You will bridge external partners with Tether’s product teams, integrating stablecoins, wallets, tokenization, payments, and related solutions to shape tailored financial infrastructure. The role requires deep financial knowledge, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams to deliver multi-product

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across banking, payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Deep knowledge of payments, digital assets, wallets, tokenization, settlement, and financial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and close large strategic partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers across banks, fintechs, telcos and large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment companies, telcos and large enterprises globally.
• Translate customer needs into tailored solutions leveraging the Tether ecosystem.
• Own multi-product projects from engagement through execution and scale.
• Define KPIs and commercial processes; build and lead the global Financial Infrastructure Expansion team.
