Job summary

Nuova Fapam, a leading Italian cosmetics company, is seeking a Senior Export Manager to lead the international expansion. The role reports to the International Sales Director and leverages a strong track record in professional haircare markets.

You will identify new markets, define export strategies, manage distributors and customers worldwide, attend trade events, monitor trends, and collaborate with Marketing, Education, Production and Logistics to hit global sales targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years international sales experience in cosmetics.
• Excellent English; other languages a plus.
• Strong results orientation and budget-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new markets for professional haircare brands.
• Define marketing and sales strategies for export partners.
• Manage relationships with international distributors and customers.
• Attend international trade exhibitions and events.
