A leading international company in the beauty sector is seeking a GLOBAL EDUCATION MANAGER to develop and implement innovative training programs for its product portfolio. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in the industry, strong expertise in haircare, and is fluent in both Italian and English. This full-time position involves working closely with global teams and offers the opportunity to influence training strategies worldwide.

Competenze

• Minimum 8/10 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of haircare and/or hair extension products and techniques.
• Experience designing scalable training content both physical and digital.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
