Job summary

Psicro is expanding its Grants Expense Management division and seeks a Coordinator to ensure on-time, accurate payments for physicians and hospitals in global clinical research programs. The role covers budgeting, cost estimation, and final reconciliation, with the chance to influence payment strategies and deliver top-notch client service across international teams.

Requirements include an economics-related degree or higher, experience with large finance datasets, and fluent English

Qualifications

• University degree required; economics background a plus.
• Experience handling large finance datasets in a regulated environment.
• Grant management experience in clinical research preferred.
• International work experience highly valuable.
• English, spoken and written at least upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Plan budgets and distribute grants across countries and beneficiaries.
• Coordinate and process payment calculations within clinical research projects.
• Act as main contact for Accounting, Legal and Operations teams to ensure proper payment flow.
• Set up payment databases to calculate hospital reimbursements.
• Write business and functional specifications for payment databases.
• Compile grant expense forecasts and monitor spend.
• Ensure transparent payment processes and report status to internal teams and clients.
