Job summary

PSI is expanding its Grants Expense Management division and seeks a Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate payments to physicians and hospitals in global clinical research programs. You will manage budgets, estimate costs, and support final reconciliations while developing payment strategies that enhance client service.

Featuring collaboration with global teams, this role requires finance data experience, grant management background, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience working with large finance data sets.
• Experience in grant management within clinical research.
• Experience working in an international setting.
• Proficient in English (min. upper-intermediate).
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan budgets and distribute grants across countries and beneficiaries.
• Coordinate and process payment calculations within clinical research projects.
• Serve as the communication point for Accounting, Legal and Operations on payment flows.
• Set up payment databases to calculate hospital reimbursements.
• Write business and functional specifications for payment databases.
• Forecast grant expenses and report payment status to stakeholders.
