Job summary

PSI in Lombardia, Italy is expanding its Grants Expense Management division and seeks a dynamic Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate payments for physicians and hospitals in global clinical research programs. You will contribute to budgets, cost estimation, and final reconciliation of studies.

You will work with payment databases and be the focal point for PSI global teams and hospitals worldwide regarding payments coordination, balancing analytical rigor with creative payment strategies to

Qualifications

University degree required; economic background is a plus.
Experience working with large finance data sets.
Experience in grant management within clinical research.
Experience in an international setting.
Upper-Intermediate English, written and spoken.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Plan budgets and allocate grants across countries and beneficiaries.
Coordinate and process payment calculations within clinical research projects.
Serve as the communication point for Accounting, Legal and Operations teams.
Set up payment databases to calculate hospital reimbursements.
Write business and functional specifications for payment databases.
Compile grant expense forecasts.
Ensure transparent payment processes and report status to internal teams and clients.
