Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager in Italy to oversee investigator and clinical site payments across trials, ensuring accurate calculations, regulatory compliance, and timely compensation for research sites.

You will analyze data from budgets, EDC and CTMS, perform reconciliations and accruals, develop standard reports, and drive process improvements—including AI and automation—to deliver auditable payment operations in a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in clinical payments.
• Knowledge of investigator and site payment workflows, budgets, contractual payment terms, reconciliations, accruals, and forecasting.
• Strong financial analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EDC platforms, CTMS, and financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Process investigator and clinical site payments in line with procedures and regulations.
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, provide timely responses.
• Perform reconciliations, accruals, and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain reporting for payment monitoring and oversight.
• Drive process improvements including AI/automation for efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage risks and controls in clinical payment operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Support continuous improvement of payment operations.
