Page Executive seeks a General Manager to define and execute the strategy across finance, commercial, and operations. You will own the P&L, monitor revenue and cash flow, and drive growth while leading Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, and R&D to accelerate innovation.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, foster an entrepreneurial culture, and shape a well-established brand with significant growth potential in an international setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience in general management or business unit leadership in industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors.
• Accountability for P&L management and key business performance drivers.
• Experience in integrated management of Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Track record in developing new markets, strategic customer relationships, or leading business transformation.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making, and results-oriented approach.
• Credible and inspiring leadership style with ability to build high-performing teams.
