Page Executive is seeking a General Manager to define and execute the company’s strategy, owning P&L and driving growth across markets in an international setting.

You will lead Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, and R&D to accelerate innovation and execution, while building strong relationships with key customers and partners. A high-performance, entrepreneurial culture will be fostered.

Competenze

• Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors.
• Accountability for P&L management and key business performance drivers.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the company strategy to meet financial, commercial and operational objectives.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
• Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and partnerships.
• Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D to drive innovation and execution speed.
• Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results, collaboration, and people development.
