Page Executive in Italy seeks a General Manager to define and execute the company strategy, own the P&L, and drive growth across markets. You will lead Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product and R&D to accelerate innovation and execution while building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

The role offers an opportunity to shape a well-established brand with significant international potential and a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.

Competenze

• Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of home appliances or related sectors is a plus.
• Experience driving cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Product and Operations.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the company strategy to meet financial, commercial and operational objectives.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow and working capital.
• Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence.
• Build and manage relationships with key customers, strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion and partnerships.
• Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D to drive speed and execution.
• Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results and people development.
