Job summary

White & Case is offering an internship in Milan for 4th/5th year students with an interest in M&A, bank finance and capital markets. You will work closely with partners on financing transactions and cross-border deals, gaining exposure to debt and equity offerings.

Strong academic credentials and fluent English are required; international experience is a plus. The three-month program runs in January, April, July or October, based in Milan.

Qualifications

• 4th/5th/5th year student with interest in M&A, bank finance, capital markets or antitrust/competition.
• Strong academic credentials and genuine interest in financing transactions and cross-border M&A.
• Ambitious, flexible, adaptable and service-minded with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; international experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and preparation of cross-border financing transactions and capital markets work.
• Assist with document drafting and due diligence for M&A projects.
• Collaborate with teams across Milan office on live matters and internships assignments.
