Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking trainees to join our Milan office, focusing on M&A, bank finance and capital markets. The role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaboration with Milan partners and global teams.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Law from an Italian university, demonstrate strong academics, and be fluent in English and Italian. International experience is a plus but not required; ambition and teamwork are essential.

The trainees will have the opportunity to work with all the Milan partners and associates and with teams based in other offices and thereby gain diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions and in all the legal areas of our office (Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Debt Finance, M&A etc.), and this is usually not possible in other firms.
