Job summary

Heritage Holdings invites a driven master’s student in Accounting to join our Finance Team in Milan for a paid six‑month internship. You will contribute to investor reporting, fund accounting, and cash flow management, while supporting fund finance tech projects.

The role demands a proactive, highly analytical mindset, excellent English communication, and strong Excel skills. Start is planned for October/November 2026, with exposure to an international team across 10+ nationalities and quarterly

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• Prior audit experience or exposure is a plus.
• Prior experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English to interact with international stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to start internship in October/November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Investor Reporting: Prepare investment reports for investors.
• Fund Accounting: Maintain investment fund accounting.
• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Manage liquidity and cash flows of the fund.
• Fund Finance Tech Projects: Lead tech optimization projects for fund finance processes.
