Bystronic Group in Volpiano, Piedmont, IT is seeking a 2nd Level Service Technician to provide hands-on support to 1st Level teams and ensure maximum uptime of Bystronic tube laser machines at customer sites worldwide.

The role requires 3–5 years in technical service, hands-on commissioning of industrial machinery, and a strong focus on safety. You will travel extensively, primarily in Europe, with English proficiency as part of daily operations.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3-5 years technical service experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience commissioning industrial machinery, including installation, testing, troubleshooting, and start-up.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to safety documentation.

Mansioni

• Install, fully disassemble, revise, assemble, commission and hand over Bystronic tube laser machines and systems.
• Diagnose and fix complex issues; mentor other technicians as a role model.
• Perform CNC/PLC software updates and hardware retrofits at customer sites.
• Maintain safety compliance and document service activities in CRM.
• Travel to customer sites for installations, upgrades and service calls.
