Job summary
Sidel is seeking a senior leader to define and execute a global Real Estate and Facility Management strategy. You will shape governance, operating models and value-driven decisions across regions, travel internationally to align multiple sites.
You will lead regional IFM teams, drive performance, and translate sustainability goals into actionable programmes, collaborating with Finance, Legal, HR and external partners.
Qualifications
- Graduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Broad international experience in corporate real estate, facility management, sourcing, finance or project management across countries or regions.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with expertise in OPEX/CAPEX, TCO, business cases, contracts and negotiations.
- Analytical, curious and learning-oriented leader who translates complex challenges into evidence-based recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Sidel’s global Real Estate and Facility Management strategy, governance and operating model.
- Lead the global Integrated Facility Management transformation and drive performance measurement and improvements.
- Govern the real estate portfolio, workplace strategy and major projects from business cases to delivery and handover.
- Build bridges with Finance, Sourcing, Legal, HSE, ESG, HR, IT, Operations and partners while managing contracts and risk.
