Alfasigma, headquartered in Bologna, seeks a senior leader to drive the Global Facility & EHS Transformation. You will coordinate across sites, design governance models, and implement data-driven performance frameworks to improve operations, safety culture, and asset performance.

The role requires a master's degree, strong governance experience, Power BI proficiency, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is mandatory; the position offers exposure to global real estate, CAPEX planning,

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, Facility Management, or equivalent.
Strong governance, KPI and dashboard design experience.
Exposure to facility management, asset management, CAPEX planning.
Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

Support the Global Facility & EHS Transformation roadmap execution.
Coordinate initiatives across sites, monitor progress and risks.
Harmonize maintenance and service management, CMMS deployment.
Develop a performance framework with KPIs and dashboards.
Design global service delivery and governance models with data analytics.
Monitor real estate and facility asset performance; support CAPEX prioritization.
Lead change management for new standards and digital tools.
Support deployment of global EHS standards and safety culture.
Prepare executive reports and strategic analyses for leadership.
