Alfasigma is seeking a leader to drive the Global Facility & EHS transformation. You will design and execute the transformation roadmap, harmonize maintenance practices and deploy CMMS across sites, while establishing data-driven governance and performance frameworks.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, optimize assets, and promote safety culture. Fluent English and strong presentation skills are required.
Competenze
- Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, MBA, Facility Management or related field.
- Strong governance, KPI design, dashboard experience and executive reporting.
- Exposure to facility management operating models, asset management, CAPEX planning.
Mansioni
- Define and execute the Global Facility & EHS Transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives across sites, monitor progress, risks and milestones.
- Harmonize maintenance and service management, CMMS deployment and performance metrics.
- Develop performance management with KPIs, dashboards and reviews to drive accountability.
- Support global service delivery governance models and data-driven decision making.
- Monitor real estate and facility asset performance for optimization and CAPEX prioritization.
- Lead change management for new standards, processes and digital tools.
- Support deployment of global EHS standards, policies and compliance initiatives.
- Prepare executive reports and strategic analyses for senior leadership.
