Alfasigma seeks a Director, Technical Operations Strategy, Execution & Transformation to lead the governance and execution of a strategic operations portfolio. You will align corporate strategy with global manufacturing delivery, manage a team of PMs, and ensure value delivery across internal sites and CDMOs.

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong track record in program and portfolio management within a regulated industry.
• Experience coordinating multi-site, cross-functional initiatives.

• Lead governance and execution of the Technical Operations portfolio across a global manufacturing network.
• Collaborate with CTOO and Executive Leadership to drive investment planning and prioritization.
• Define roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting for portfolio performance and benefits realization.
• Coordinate resources, budgets, and dependencies across sites and external partners (CDMOs).
• Mentor Program Managers and drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
