Alfasigma, a global healthcare company headquartered in Italy, seeks a Sr. Manager, FP&A and Category for Italy to lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis.

You will partner with Marketing to optimize the brand P&L and Go to Market strategy, and support strategic resource allocation and targets. The role requires 6–10 years in Finance, fluency in English, strong analytical skills, and experience with PowerBI and SAP BW/SAP SAC.

Competenze

• 6-10 years of Finance experience with managerial responsibility in FMCG/Pharma.
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must.
• Ability to build business plans and understand business models.
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling abilities.

Mansioni

• Own the brand P&L and partner with Marketing Directors.
• Lead annual budgeting and planning processes with reliable data and challenge constructively.
• Prepare management reporting for BU leaders and validate fluctuations.
• Analyze drivers of P&L buckets and influence course corrections.
• Ensure accounting controls and policies are followed.
• Drive ROI analysis for marketing investments and SG&A forecasting.
