Lazzarini Radiatori in Conegliano is seeking a Sales Assistant – Export to support international orders and growth within the export team.

You will manage orders in SAP from entry to delivery, prepare quotations and commercial documents, handle inquiries, and coordinate with Logistics, Production and Administration to ensure smooth processing. Regular communication with international customers and sales representatives is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in sales administration or export back office.
Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer orientation.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Proactive approach and ability to manage priorities.

Responsabilités

Manage and process customer orders in SAP, from order entry to delivery.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations and commercial documentation.
Handle customer enquiries and provide updates on orders, product availability and delivery times.
Coordinate with Logistics, Production and Administration to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain regular communication with international customers and sales representatives.
Support the Export Sales team in daily commercial and administrative activities.
