Lazzarini Radiatori in Conegliano is seeking a Sales Assistant – Export to support international orders and growth within the export team.

You will manage orders in SAP from entry to delivery, prepare quotations and commercial documents, handle inquiries, and coordinate with Logistics, Production and Administration to ensure smooth processing. Regular communication with international customers and sales representatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or export back office.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage priorities.

Lazzarini Radiatori is an Italian company based in Conegliano, specialising in the design and manufacturing of heated towel rails, decorative radiators and designer heating solutions. The company is part of Groupe Atlantic, an international group specialising in thermal comfort solutions.

The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Assistant – Export to join our team in Conegliano.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders in SAP, from order entry to delivery.
• Prepare quotations, order confirmations and commercial documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide updates on orders, product availability and delivery times.
• Coordinate with internal departments, particularly Logistics, Production and Administration, to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain regular communication with international customers and sales representatives.
• Support the Export Sales team in daily commercial and administrative activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in sales administration, export back office or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and customer orientation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage priorities.
