AI WEEK is recruiting a Global Expansion Director to drive international growth and launch new editions across continents. You will lead strategic negotiations, partnerships, and budgets, reporting to the founders, with frequent travel and executive responsibilities.

The role offers executive-level, full-time employment with an annual gross fixed salary above €100,000, plus a performance-based bonus and significant autonomy to shape AI WEEK’s international platform.

Competenze

• Proven experience launching or scaling major international B2B events in new countries or continents.
• Leadership responsibilities in international expansion, general management or strategic business development.
• Successful track record negotiating high-value institutional and commercial agreements.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the global expansion strategy across new continents and markets.
• Establish strategic relationships with governments, host cities, convention bureaus, institutions and international organizations.
• Structure and negotiate hosting agreements, joint ventures, licensing models and local partnerships.
• Develop business plans, investment requirements and revenue models for new editions.
• Secure strategic sponsors, exhibitors and commercial partnerships.
