Job summary

Teamsystem in Milano leads the AI software engineering team focused on agent orchestration. You will guide the development of a scalable multi-agent platform, while staying hands-on with code and mentoring engineers to deliver observable systems.

You will collaborate with product and AI platform teams to set priorities, evolve the architecture, and ensure secure, memory-aware workflows with a strong focus on customer value.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years of software engineering experience with strong foundations in system design and modern practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (models, memory, evaluation harnesses, context management).
• Proven track record building platforms or services used by other development teams, including API design and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in Italian and English.
• Curiosity with a strong experimental mindset and quick prototyping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI software engineers focused on agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
• Maintain hands-on coding and conduct technical reviews.
• Experiment with frontier models and evaluation harnesses, integrating effective solutions into the platform.
