Job summary

The World Food Programme is seeking a Research Analyst Consultant to support the Office of Evaluation (OEV) in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on centralized evaluations, data analysis, and knowledge management across multiple projects with diverse partners.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree related to evaluation and at least four years of relevant experience, including monitoring and evaluation and data analysis. The assignment lasts 11 months with possible travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree in an academic discipline relevant to evaluation.
• At least four years of professional working experience, preferably in humanitarian or development work.
• At least two years of professional experience in monitoring & evaluation, performing research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data analysis for centralized evaluations being conducted by OEV.
• Support data management, data quality assurance and reporting across phases of evaluations.
• Collaborate with evaluation managers and country offices to coordinate evidence gathering and dissemination.
