Wood Group is seeking a Subcontracts Manager to lead the Subcontracts team for complex EPC projects in a hybrid work setup. The role emphasizes strategic subcontracting, bidder management, and contract execution across international projects.

You will oversee tendering, prequalification, and contract administration, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance and value delivery. Willingness to travel and relocate to job sites is expected.

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years of Subcontracts Selection and Subcontracts Administration experience on site.
• Full knowledge of EPC subcontracting contracting methodologies.
• Availability to relocate to job-site locations.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Willingness to work on hybrid model and travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Define the Project Subcontracting plan and strategy.
• Prepare tender documentation and unit price lists tailored to scope.
• Lead technical and commercial bid clarifications and negotiations.
• Manage bidder shortlisting, bids evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Prepare Letters of Award and contract, and ensure expediting of acceptance.
• Support subcontract administration on-site during construction and close-out.
• Lead the subcontracting team across one or more projects.
• Prequalify Construction Contractors and manage bidder relationships.
