The role emphasizes cost optimization, risk management, and proactive stakeholder communication, with travel expected across international sites. A strong background in engineering and regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience managing multiple projects in a matrix organization.

• Willingness to travel internationally (~10%).

• Lead cross-functional teams across locations to meet project goals.
